National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC):

Accreditation is to be used to assure the quality of computing degree programs in higher education institutions. It would require an educational institution or program to meet certain defined standards or criteria. National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) is a recognized accreditor of bachelor-level computing degree programs in Pakistan. It ensures the quality of education that students receive in Higher Education Institutions in Pakistan. It provides world leadership in assuring quality and in stimulating innovation in applied sciences, computing, engineering, and technology education.

B.Sc. Software Engineering Accreditation Status:

National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) has approved the B.Sc. Software Engineering program in the zero visit, which is required for those Institutes who are launching a new computing program. The Department is now planning the accreditation visit of the B.Sc. Software Engineering.
